This time last year Michael Douglas announced he had beaten cancer.
And a year on the Hollywood star looks happy and healthy enjoying a family holiday in Panama.
Michael was seen with wife Catherine Zeta Jones and their two children son Dylan, 11 and daughter Carys, eight on the beach yesterday.

The Wall Street star appeared relaxed as he wandered around the beach in a pair of board shorts and looked much younger than his 67-years.
While the actor might have gone shirtless he protected his feet with a pair of black and green scuba shoes.

The Welsh actress also proved to be a doting mother and when her daughter Carys emerged from the water Catherine was on hand to help her with a towel to dry her off.
The eight-year-old was wrapped up in a blue towel as the family prepared to pack up their things.

And at the ceremony itself Douglas himself was in a happy mood, joking: 'There's gotta be an easier way to get a standing ovation,' as he took to the stage to present the award for Best Film.
In August 2010 it emerged that the actor was suffering from throat cancer, which was at an advanced stage.

But after a grueling series of chemotherapy treatments the actor revealed he had been given the all clear in January last year.
Speaking to NBC Today host Matt Lauer in an interview at the time, he said: 'I feel good. I feel relieved.
'The tumor is gone [and] the odds are with the tumor gone and what I know about this particular type of cancer, that I've got it beat.'
