Now she whips her hair blonde! Willow Smith continue to change up her look as she dyes her buzz cut platinum

She shocked her fans earlier this month when she shaved her locks completely off.

But aspiring pop star Willow Smith has gone one step further by dying her buzz cut a shade of platinum blonde.

The 11-year-old posted the picture on her Twitter account, where she is seen posing with some friends in the background.


The daughter of superstar actor Will Smith paired the look with a striped top and some thick-rimmed oversized glasses, captioning the picture 'Nerds Rule'.

The young singer shaved her locks off during a trip to South America earlier this month.

Willow, who was off exploring Costa Rica, opted to show off her new look on her WhoSay page.

It was an interesting choice of hairdo for a girl whose most famous song is titled 'Whip My Hair'.

Goodness knows what her superstar father Will Smith thought of his daughters outrageous new look.

But without her long locks she certainly looks more like her father Will than her mother Jada Pinkett Smith.

Willow, who is yet to have a top-ten hit in the US, with her last single 21st Century Girl scraping in at 99 in the Billboard charts, describes herself as an actor and musician in her profile.

Her first song Whip My Hair did significantly better, reaching the number 11 spot and she will be a guest spot from Nicki Minaj can help her upcoming track perform well.

The True Jackson, VP star is also getting ready to appear in a movie adaptation of comic book series Amulet with her brother Jaden.
