Place your butts! Forget the horses... all eyes are on Carol Vorderman as she dons a sexy figure-hugging dress at Cheltenham

Place your butts! Carol Vorderman showed off her curves in a Roland Mouret dress as she put on a bet at Cheltenham yesterday

The Cheltenham Festival attracts thousands of fans every year hoping their gambles on the horse racing pays off.

But yesterday, instead of focusing on the action on the racecourse, onlookers could be forgiven if they were distracted by the sight of Loose Women presenter Carol Vorderman.

The 51-year-old host showed off her amazing figure in a clingy white Roland Mouret dress which hugged her curves in all the right places.

Attracting attention: Onlookers could be forgiven for being distracted more by Carol's curves than the racing

And as she placed her bets ahead of one particular race, Carol's curves were hard to ignore, with the dress highlighting her shapely derriere.

Carol, who was a guest of concierge company Grove Life, teamed her dress with a cream Bruce Oldfield Coat and a quirky hat she bought on a trip to New York.

The pretty brunette star was joined by her friend Michelle Mone at the races as the pair enjoyed a girly day out hedging their bets on the horses.

While Carol had opted for a sexy cream outfit, Michelle looked great in a black Cavalli trouser suit and a leopard print D&G blouse, topped off with a black hat by Magnifcant and black heels.

And their teaming up obviously payed off for the pair, as they were seen jumping for joy celebrating a win after one of the races.

Both ladies were in high spirits during the day out, obviously buoyed by their win and the great weather that has spread across the UK this week.

Yesterday was Ladies Day at the horseracing event and the duo were among hundreds of women who'd made an extra effort to garner some attention.

Those who are deemed to have gone the extra mile in terms of fashion are awarded for their efforts.

In the day's big race Finian's Rainbow completed a magical afternoon for trainer Nicky Henderson and jockey Barry Geraghty as he landed the Queen Mother Champion Chase.

The duo had earlier claimed two Grade One victories, and Finian's Rainbow topped off the day in style as he overturned defending champion, and favourite, Sizing Europe after a thrilling finish.

Earlier this week, Carol wore a similar red hot dress as she attended the TRIC awards, showing off her figure in the clingy outfit.

Carol also debuted a choppy new hair 'do as she made her way to the Grovesnor House Hotel for the awards after presenting ITV lunchtime show Loose Women.

Things are looking up! After Carol looked nervous about their chances, the pair then celebrated after the win

Brunette Carol has spoken previously about her behind, admitting that a prominent derriere runs in her family.

She told the Mail in an interview two years ago: 'We all have, in my family, what we call the 'Vorderman bottom' - a sticky out, bigger-than-normal, signature, of the rear variety.

'It's been a family joke all our lives - even my lovely brother has one. I know the lines to all the good singalong big bum songs.'

Single and ready to mingle: The duo are both enjoying their lives without partners
