Still smiling! Imogen Thomas is put through her paces at post-holiday bootcamp... but makes sure her grin never falters

It's probably one of the most physically gruelling experiences you can ever put yourself through.

But as Imogen Thomas worked off her holiday weight at a bootcamp in Marbella, she was clearly determined not to let her good spirits fade.

The 29-year-old model refused to let her smile slip as she took on some of the most difficult exercises on the beach in the searing sunshine.

Imogen wore a tiny red crop top for the workout session, teamed with a pair of barely-there skimpy black hotpants.

The pretty brunette tied her hair back with cute plaits as she worked off some calories on the sands.

Joined by an equally attractive friend, wearing an equally skimpy outfit, Imogen took part in exercises such as lifting a huge tyre high above her head, skipping and running along the sand with some kind of parachute attached to her back.

Imogen was keen to keep her followers updated on her bootcamp progress as well, writing on her Twitter page last week: 'I'm up! About to kick ass on this bootcamp! Watch out! #seriousenergy.'

She later added: 'That was such a tough workout with @DanniLevy I feel so good after it! On the beach all morning #bliss x'

Imogen's bootcamp trip came after she indulged in her first holiday with boyfriend Adam Horsley.

The couple stopped over at a luxury hotel in Bangkok, before jetting on to the exotic island of Koh Samui, where they stayed in a luxury villa with its own infinity pool.

Imogen said earlier this month that she is happy to be going out with a regular guy and that Adam is helping her to enjoy life without the complications that come with dating a high profile celebrity.
