His wife Victoria and his mother must come pretty high up on David Beckham's list of his favourite women, but there's no doubt his daughter Harper is firmly at the top.

The football superstar, 37, happily took charge of caring for his little girl while his boys took part in a karate class in Los Angeles, overseen by their mother.

Becks beamed as he cradled the 3-month-old in his tattooed arms, nuzzling her head at one point in a show of fatherly love.

The LA Galaxy midfielder wore one of his trademark woolen hats over his head, with a pale grey T-shirt and dark jeans.

According to witnesses her showered little Harper with kisses throughout the whole time he waited for the rest of his family to leave the karate class.

Meanwhile, in the class the boys got to it practicing their self-defence moves under the watchful eye of mother Victoria.

With her hair tied back in a harsh ponytail, reminiscent of the Posh Spice look of old, Victoria watched as her sons Brooklyn and Cruz were put through their paces.

The former pop star-turned-fashion designer wore a black off-the-shoulder top with a pair of grey skinny jeans.

Cruz wore a replica Manchester United kit, no doubt in homage to the team where his father really made his name.

Brooklyn wore a blue short-sleeved shirt and tracksuit bottoms.

Earlier this the 12-year-old was seen with the trademark Beckham quiff as he went shopping with his footballer father in LA.

And it isn't the first time the youngster has taken on some his father's style habits.

Brooklyn made sure his shirt wasn't tucked in properly, just like his father at an awards ceremony in August.

He teamed his look with dark jeans, trainers and a black-and-white check belt.

This unusual look had been favoured by his 36-year-old father in the past.

But it seems it is not just the fashion stakes in which Brooklyn takes after his father.

Along with his brother's Romeo, nine, and six year-old Cruz, the three have been seen playing football as their proud father looks on.

Brooklyn even wears his father's number 23 on the pitch and is reportedly a chip off the old block on the football field.

And his younger sons are fast behind in the copy cat stakes, being seen with tattoo transfers, emulating their father's penchant for inking his body.
