Not a happy camper: Kim Kardashian attended sister Kendall's Sweet 16 party just four days after announcing her split from Kris Humphries Although she loves her younger sister dearly, Kim Kardashian was not in the most festive of moods at Kendall Jenner's Sweet 16 birthday bash last month.
Kardashian family matriarch Kris Jenner threw her model daughter a lavish party in Los Angeles just four days after Kim filed for divorce from husband Kris Humphries.
Although the 31-year-old reality star gamely tried to get into the festivities, she wore sadness on her face like a stamp.
The brunette beauty was in very few of the photographs that sister Khloe posted on her personal blog.
She attempted to smile in the shots she was actually featured in, but the grin didn't reach her eyes.
Physically, the middle Kardashian sister looked flawless as usual.

Her basketball player ex's absence was noticeable at the bash, which was attended by Khloe's husband, Lamar Odom, and Kourtney's boyfriend, Scott Disick.
Her unhappiness was also blatant, given the revelry going on around her at the Andaz West Hollywood hotel.

Although Kim's drama occurred behind-the-scenes, Kendall's drama was present for all and sundry to see in an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians which aired this week.

On the E! show she said: 'Mom - I’m not going to do it! Do you not understand? You’re trying to make this bigger and bigger and it’s embarrassing me.'
