'I think she overindulged int he Green Room!' Fans took to Twitter to speculate about Kelly Rowland following her appearance on The X Factor

Fans took to Twitter tonight to voice their concern over Kelly Rowland following her erratic behaviour on The X Factor.

Many viewers speculated that the former Destiny's Child singer had perhaps overindulged in alcohol following her out-of-character comments and bizarre musings.

Others suggested that Kelly was just excited about the prospect of being involved in The X Factor final.

Kelly appeared very animated with her comments about the acts - telling Marcus she was 'in love' with him, as well as wishing Little Mix a 'Merry fricking Christmas!'

The 30-year-old singer went to the other end of the emotional scale when she was reduced to tears by Little Mix's rendition of Silent Night.

Kelly even asked host Dermot O'Leary to repeat his question at one point, saying: 'I have no idea what you just said!'

Kelly continued to spark concern with her appearance on the ITV2 spin-off show The Xtra Factor, when she danced into the studio in her long gold dress for an interview with Caroline Flack and Olly Murs.

Throughout the evening, Kelly had voiced her support for both Little Mix and Marcus Collins, but appeared delighted when girl band Little Mix made history as they became the first group to win the competition.
