'I feel like Casper!' Chantelle Houghton wrote on her Twitter page that she had felt like a ghost because of her lack of fake tan out with fiancé Alex Reid last night
Being from Essex, Chantelle Houghton is no stranger to fake tan.
But last night the 28-year-old model complained she was feeling less than bronzed as she headed out with fiancé Alex Reid.
The pretty blonde, who is expecting her first child with Reid, admitted she felt incredibly pale as she attended the Randy Couture book launch in Mayfair.
Fading away: Chantelle did look a lot more pale compared to her bronzed look on a previous occasion (right)
Chantelle took to her Twitter page this morning to tell fans she was looking forward to getting a spray tan on Monday.
She tweeted: 'Cannot wait until fake bake come to my house on monday, I'm looking very much like casper the friendly ghost right now! #badtimes.'
Despite her apparent lack of tan, Chantelle looked incredibly glamorous as she and Reid attended the event at the Anaya nightclub.
Having fun? The pair appeared in good spirits as they attended the Randy Couture book launch in Mayfair
With a huge pair of fake eyelashes and her long blonde hair teased into chic girls, Chantelle donned a pair of tight black leggings and thigh-high boots for the occasion.
But the former Big Brother star decided to keep her burgeoning bump under wraps beneath a huge black fur coat.
Earlier in the week, Chantelle had complained that her changing figure was causing huge issues with her wardrobe.
She tweeted: 'My bump is getting so big it ripped my dress open tonight! Oops! X'
Starting to show: Chantelle's bump is taking shape three months into her pregnancy
The couple first found out Chantelle was pregnant just five weeks after Reid, 36, proposed to her on an Irish chat show.
He then presnted her with a stunning platinum ring encrusted with six diamonds which cost him £50,000.
They had been trying for a baby since August after Houghton revealed she had a low fertility.
Despite her luck at pregnant so quickly, she has hit out at sceptics who may have questioned her fertility issues.
She explained: 'I've been seeing a private doctor and he said: "Well, you've proved them wrong, haven't you?"
'Alex and I have spent thousands on private fertility treatment. All the tests and consultations. I have all the drugs at home. It does make me question these doctors.
But then again, maybe it really is a miracle.'
