Jessica Simpson has vowed to get down to 130 pounds before the end of the year.
That means shedding 50 pounds in five months, and yesterday the 31-year-old celebrity revealed just how big that challenge will be.
The new mother was photographed struggling to get out of her car after a workout yesterday, her extra post-pregnancy pounds clearly making the manoeuvre uncomfortable.

The blonde Texan gave birth to her first child Maxwell Drew with fiancé, former NFL star Eric Johnson, on May 1.
For the epic mission, she will reportedly rake in $4million to reach her 130lb goal weight.

Jessica has been seen several times in the past few weeks working out at Harley Pasternak's gym in West Hollywood, where she has been getting private workout sessions.
On the way to the gym, she tweeted a photo of her cleavage, writing: 'Just taking a walk around the block... Street legal???'
Yesterday, she wore black three-quarter leggings, a white tank top, a sporty black track top and black Asics trainers.
In addition to her exercise regime, Jessica is reportedly on a strict diet.

Challenge: Jessica will no doubt be envious of sister Ashlee, who slimmed easily after having son Bronx

Long road ahead: Friends of Jessica say the star is feeling 'stressed and overwhelmed' with motherhood

She recently told People magazine that she is eating protein-packed means and drinking home-mixed juices to help shed pounds.
But in another interview with In Touch magazine, friends say that the star, who is also trying to care for her newborn little girl, is feeling 'stressed and overwhelmed'.
Sources told the publication that the singer, who weighed a reported 210lbs at the height of her pregnancy, is also physically exhausted.
